The programs of AVI have both short and long-term approaches designed to ignite awareness that will lead to a renewed commitment to building a new Nigeria and by extension, Africa.
This awareness is sustainable by persistent and regular re-orientation of the thinking pattern of Nigerians at all levels using non-violent but persuasive methods to sensitize every stratum of the society with particular attention to the youths and children.
Anti-corruption and neighbourliness sensitization programs in schools across Nasarawa State and surrounding areas. Focus on building values in future leaders while they are still young and impressionable.
Grassroot advocacy programs targeting local communities to promote African values and peaceful coexistence. Engaging directly with community members in their local environments.
Targeted campaigns against election violence, cultism, and other forms of violence that threaten community peace and development. Promoting the message: "Be your neighbour's keeper, not killer."

Fighting deadly scourges that threaten Africa's heritage including HIV/AIDS awareness, drug abuse prevention, and examination malpractice elimination.
